Tracking Orders

Incorrect Shipping Information

- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Lost parcels due to incorrect customer information
- Additional shipping fees required for resending orders
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
However, once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage
- Packaging images if possible
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
